Nothing new or exciting going on here. Alex and I both feel 99.9% better with SCD. We haven't had any problems... as long as nothing illegal sneaks its way into our diet. (The vanilla was the last time. I found some organic vanilla without corn syrup for $10 a bottle and am using that until the batch I am making is done.)I am still having a heck of a time with lunch, breakfasts and snacks. We are working on it, though.
I am almost out of the 5 lbs. of almond flour that we bought. We baked our first almond flour goodie on Friday the 7th. I don't think going through 5lbs. of almond flour in a week is a good thing.
As always, all meals are served with a salad, fruit and vegetable.

Spanakopita Burgers (Using ground beef instead of turkey. Can't find a SCD legal ground turkey), squash fries
3/18 - Tuesday
Sticky Chicken (A family favorite! I might make orange sticky chicken.)
3/19 - Wednesday
Taco salad w/o tortilla chips (Huge hit last time. Alex had 3rds [unheard of for him] and had it for lunch the next day, too.)
3/20 - Thursday
Chicken and Mushrooms
3/21 - Friday
Pizza SCD style
3/22 - Saturday
Honey Garlic Chicken
